You have 30 days from receipt of your order to try your Souple camisole. If it doesn't suit you, we will refund you.
How to request a return or refund
- Write to us at contact@souple.ca with your order number and the reason for your request (size, comfort or other).
- We reply within 2 business days with the steps to follow and the return address.
- Once the parcel is received and checked, we refund the payment method used at purchase, within about 10 business days.
Do not send back any parcel before receiving our confirmation and the return address.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned clean, in good condition and without signs of excessive wear.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or does not match your order.
Defective, damaged or wrong item
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or one different from what you ordered, write to us with a photo within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you, at your choice, a replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping costs.
Bundle offers (3, 5 or 7 camisoles)
When an order benefits from a bundle offer, the refund is calculated on the price actually paid for the returned items. Write to us to find out the exact amount before sending anything back.

This policy is in addition to the rights granted to you by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the laws applicable in your province.
