This site is operated by Souple. In these terms, "we" and "our" refer to Souple, and "you" refers to the user of the site. By visiting this site or making a purchase on it, you accept these terms of service.
Language
This site is offered in French and in English. The French version of these terms and of all related documents is the reference version; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Products and prices
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. Colours shown may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are in Canadian dollars. The applicable price is the one displayed when you place your order. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Bundle offers and promo codes
Bundle offers (3, 5 or 7 camisoles at a reduced price) apply automatically to the cart based on the total number of items. A promo code cannot be combined with a bundle offer: the best offer applies. We may change or end an offer at any time, without effect on orders already confirmed.
Orders and payment
Your order becomes binding when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, in particular in the event of insufficient stock, a pricing error or suspected fraud, in which case you will be refunded. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card numbers.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our shipping policy and returns by our refund policy, which form part of these terms.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt its operation or access data you are not entitled to, and to provide us with accurate information.
Intellectual property
The content of this site (text, images, logo, Souple brand) belongs to us or is used with permission. Any reproduction without our written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the products. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights, including those provided by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
Personal information
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to your consumer right to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site when you place your order.
