Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum amount, anywhere in Canada.
Delivery times
- Shipping: your order ships within 2 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: it arrives about 7 to 12 business days after shipping.
- Estimated total: 9 to 15 business days from the order date.
Our products are shipped from abroad by our logistics partners. These times are estimates and may vary depending on your region, weather, peak periods and postal services.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use the "Track my order" page of the store. Tracking may take a few days to update after shipping.
Multi-item orders
An order containing several items may be shipped in several parcels, delivered on different dates, at no extra cost.
Delivery address
Please check your address before confirming your order. Write to us as soon as possible to correct an address.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel has not arrived after 20 business days, or arrives damaged, write to us at contact@souple.ca with your order number. We will find a solution: reshipment or refund.
Taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
